In creative partnership with Pratt Visual Solutions, Lowe’s Store Environment and Customer Experience Teams, a bright, bold, branded wayfinding signage system and visually simplified category-specific environments were designed, ideated, tested and value engineered.
The brand transformation for this big box retail environment included improving the (PRO + DIY) customer shopping experience, creating a more efficient experience for employee’s to better serve their customers, establishing in-store standards for wayfinding, credit/service messaging, product/feature benefit, price/promotional signage all with an emphasis on the Lowe’s value proposition.
The exclusive chain rollout to over 1200+ stores resulted in an improved brand impression that signaled a new, transformed organization.
